Good shoes are essential but good skincare is absolutely necessary. With autumn fast approaching I have invested in some new skincare products. Autumn brings a change of weather and a change of weather means revaluating my skincare routine and adding some new products to make my skin glow and ready to face the change in elements.
Origins Clay Mask
I was originally introduced to the Origins Clay Mask by my friend Aftab who has the best skin ever and swears by it. At £25 a pop the clay mask isn’t the cheapest but it is worth every penny of that £25. This bamboo charcoal is a gentle magnet that will pull out all your impurities from your pores so your skin can glow. I have incorporated the mask into my skincare routine twice a week on a Wednesday and a Sunday when I usually have a home facial. I absolutely love the mask and if your aim to have clear glowing skin this is certainly a mask you should invest in.
Pixie Glow Tonic
Finding a great toner is very difficult. The pixie glow tonic toner has splash of glycolic acid which is brilliant for thoroughly cleansing your skin. I really love this toner as it makes me feel like I have an amazing new layer of skin, all for the amazing price of £18. If you think £18 is two lunches in Pret A Manager that you can sacrifice for a new layer of skin. I particular enjoy using this toner before I am going out as it really just makes my face look fresh and ready to glow.
Caudaulie – Vinoperfect
The French have given us lots of great things in life. Pastries, good wine, cheese, fancy underwear and amazing skincare products. Some of my favourite skincare brands are French (La Roche-Posay, Vichy, Caudaulie). One of my favourite French skincare brands is Caudaulie and one of my favourite products is their Vinoperfect. This product is a brilliant dark spot serum which works wonders to give you even balanced radiant skin. Now dear reader even, balanced radiant skin must come at a price. This price is £45! I know enough to make you think should I call my bank manager when I make this purchase. I have been looking for the a dark spot serum for my skin to give me radiant skin for a while and I think I may have found the perfect one. At a price of £45 and luckily within three weeks my skin was noticeable more radiant and my dark spots though not completely gone were noticeably lighter.
